The mobile app hopes to "turn sleeping into entertainment" and it'll work with Nintendo's new Pokémon Go Plus + device. Pokemon Sleep Game and Pokemon GO Plus + App
To give players a reason to look forward to waking up in the morning and turn sleep into entertainment, Pokemon Go developer Niantic is planning to launch a new game titled Pokemon Sleep in 2020. The company has also partnered with Nintendo on a new sleep tracking device called the Pokémon Go Plus + that will connect to the popular mobile game. The new device is used to track simple information about how long you sleep,and transfer sleep data to the Pokémon Sleep app. according to The Pokémon Company. “This new device also has the same functions as the original Pokémon Go Plus, so Trainers can use it with Pokémon Go during the day and with Pokémon Sleep at night.”
In addition, Pokémon Go players can store a Pokémon inside the device, which will alert players to nearby Pokéstops. Other than that, there aren’t a lot of details on the device just yet, nor the game itself.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the announcement of Pokemon Sleep, Pokemon GO players will start to discover increased instances of sleeping Snorlax around the world. Last, during the 2019 Pokémon Press Conference, Game Freak revealed a new cloud-based Pokémon storage system, Pokémon Home. The new cloud device lets users gather all of their captured monsters from various games in one place. Player can use the app through mobile devices and it will allow trainers to trade with each other locally and globally.
The new app is set to launch in early 2020 for iOS, Android, and Switch, and will connect to a large range of modern Pokémon titles, including Pokémon Go,Pokémon Let’s Go, the upcoming Sword and Shield, and the previous 3DS cloud platform, Pokemon Bank. However, Pokémon will only be able to move to Sword and Shield from Pokémon Home, likely to avoid any confusion with new Pokémon in older games.
